Ohio's Heritage Northeast has been included into OCLC's ContentDM Collections of Collections. The Collection of Collections is a showcase presenting a sampling of collections created by the hundreds of libraries and cultural heritage organizations using CONTENTdm.

 

Archival Photos of John Carroll University Recently Added

The Association of Jesuit Colleges and Universities has graciously allowed Ohio's Heritage Northeast to harvest from its digital respository 40 photographs depicting seminal events and personalities from John Carroll University's early years.

Our thanks to Charles Lockwood at Loyola Notre Dame Library and Laurene DiCillo at the Grasselli Library for facilitating the process.

New Additions from Summit Memory

• The Akron Banknotes Collection contains more than 50 images of currency created during the "Main Street Banking" era; when local banks issued money emblazoned with the names of their institutions.
• The Ruth Wright Clinefelter Postcard Collection contains hundreds of postcards from the Akron and Summit County areas.
• The Akron Metro RTA Collection contains nearly 130 images documenting the public and mass transportation history of Summit County.
